Standards
The rules we sign.
What we deliver, how we check it and what you get back when something isn't right. The same text goes into every agreement.
Last updated17 October 2026Changes apply to new agreements only.
1. Held meetings
A meeting is billable when all of these are true:
- It takes place at the agreed time, by video or in person.
- The booked person attends, or someone more senior from the same company.
- The company matches the profile you approved in writing: industry, size, region.
- The attendee confirmed a relevant need on our qualification call.
If any of these fails, the meeting is not billed and we book a replacement. Tell us within two business days of the meeting time.
2. Customer requests
- Our own sources. Requests come from our campaigns and our forms. We don't buy, rent or resell lists.
- Consent that names you. The person agrees to be contacted by your company by name. We keep the record: form version, exact wording, time, and verification result.
- Verified. Phone confirmed by one-time code or live line check; email checked for deliverability.
- Exclusive by default. One buyer per request. Shared delivery, to at most three buyers, only if you choose it.
- Returns within 72 hours for: phone and email both invalid, duplicate within 90 days, outside your criteria, fake details, missing consent. Each valid return is replaced.
If returns on your account go above 15% in a month, we pause, review the campaign with you and fix it before restarting.
3. AI visibility
- We measure presence across repeated runs and several AI engines, and label each finding as solid, directional or unstable.
- We never guarantee a position or a citation. No one can.
- No fake or paid reviews, no fake community accounts, no promotional Wikipedia edits, no hidden text, no mass-generated pages, no invented statistics.
- Any paid placement is labelled as sponsored. Every page and outreach message is approved by you before it goes out.
4. Outreach and data
- B2B outreach goes only to people at work about matters relevant to their role. Every first message says who we are and how to opt out; opt-outs are honoured at once and across all clients.
- Where a country requires prior consent for cold email to named business contacts, we use other channels.
- For AI visibility work we use your own accounts and hold no customer data.
- Data processing agreements are available for every service.
5. Commercial terms
- Every programme starts with a pilot with targets agreed in writing.
- After the pilot: month to month, 30 days' notice.
- Prices from our published list, quoted in writing before work starts.
- You own what you paid for: meetings, requests, pages and reports.
Ask before you sign.
Write to [email protected] and we'll answer in plain language.
